About This Video

The University Co-op supports students in leading a safe and fulfilling university life by providing guidance in areas such as daily living, nutrition, learning, personal growth, and health.

To assist prospective students and their families in preparing for university,
the National Federation of University Co-operative Associations has produced the “2026 University Preparation Guide Movie.”

This video offers clear explanations about what university life is like,
what you should prepare before enrollment,
and an overview of the costs involved up to the start of your studies.

It is an essential resource for anyone entering university.
